Ladda is a licensed commercial insurance advisor and trucking start-up business consultant. Her company, My Own Lane Consultants, introduces businesses to cross-marketing opportunities within the trucking industry. Ladda earned her Bachelors in Organizational Management from Wiley College and is currently pursuing her Masters in Counseling/Marriage and Family Therapy degree from Kairos University. She is a passionate advocate for equality, equity and engagement of the military and neurodivergent communities.
