JA Consulting and Corporate Solutions, and AMEC Programs, (a community-rooted 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt organization focused on bringing financial literacy and community programming to underserved communities), stands as a testament to her dedication and impact. Additionally, as the driving force behind Right Now Solutions, Inc., she provides vocational training, workforce development, and professional certification training, while positively impacting the lives of numerous individuals.

Dr. Jones is a prolific author, sharing her insights and wisdom through her notable works. Her book DESTINY…FEARS® (Challenges We Face in Education) offers invaluable guidance to those seeking long-term success and sustainability as a life-long learner. Similarly, her book The BIG Turn (Career Planning, Innovation, and Mitigating Threats) equips readers with the tools to navigate workforce change, tapping into knowledge of self, and embrace innovation, amid challenges and times of crisis.

Dr. Jones explored her undergraduate education in Animal Science from Southern University A&M College. She then went on to receive a MBA/PA degree specializing in Public Administration and a Doctorate in Education Leadership with a specialty in Education Technology. Dr. Jones sits and serves on the Board of Directors for Black Fleet Network, Inc., and has previously served on the Board of Directors for Foundation of Black Heritage and Culture, and currently serves as an advisor on two other nonprofit boards.
