My career, centered mostly around the automotive industry, began 41 years ago. I have managed car dealerships, worked at body companies, and other companies within the industry. During that time, I gained valuable experience learning consulting, training, and how to manage people. I have learned about many products related to the auto industry. I have also discovered it’s not always all about products; it’s equally important to cultivate productive, working relationships with people.

My current role at Auto Park Fleet began in 2011. Having previous knowledge of the parcel delivery business, I saw an opportunity to cater to a market the was severely underserved. Independent contractors and small businesses were often ignored, especially in fields like parcel delivery. We listened to what their pain points were, and then relayed their ideas to the body companies so they could buy what they needed, not just what was available. By listening to and acting upon our customer’s needs we quickly grew into the nation’s largest parcel delivery dealer by 2016, a place we still maintain today.

Many of the innovative ideas and new safety technologies in the parcel industry were driven by a great team whom I am honored and blessed to lead.
