Chris brings over 20 years of industry and supply chain leadership experience, having worked in operations, as a technology provider and in consulting during which time he has performed interim CSCO and COO duties. He has led the delivery of small to large-scale, highly successful supply chain strategy, turnaround, process improvement, cost management, technology, and infrastructure projects that have enabled his clients to achieve key corporate objectives, improve efficiency, build out capabilities, increase capacity, and enhance their customers’ experience. Chris has worked with small business companies through Fortune 500 conglomerates, and his clients benefit from his deep expertise across industries, with focus on the omnichannel retail, consumer goods, and food and beverage sectors as well as in manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. Residing in the United States since 2010, Chris’s life and career having started in Australia have taken him throughout Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
